Who we are

AVOYA LTD, 16 Primrose Close, Harrow, United Kingdom, HA2 9AT, is the controller of personal data sent through this website. Contact: care@avoyaltd.cc.

What we collect

Only what you type into our contact or support forms: your name, email address, optional phone number and organisation, the services you select and your message. The hosting server also briefly processes your IP address to limit repeated submissions; it stores a one-way pseudonymous identifier and a counter for up to fifteen minutes, outside the public website.

Why and lawful basis

To reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to take steps before entering a contract. The lawful bases under UK GDPR are your consent (which you give with the form tick-box) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.

How it is sent and kept

Form submissions are emailed to our company mailbox via our web host’s mail service. We do not store messages in a website database. We retain correspondence only as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry, provide any resulting service, and meet legal obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell your data or share it for marketing. Our hosting and email providers process it on our behalf.

Cookies and local storage

This site uses no cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking, and loads no third-party fonts, scripts or maps. The only item stored is your cookie-banner choice, saved in your browser’s local storage under the key avoya-cookie-choice. It is strictly necessary to avoid asking you again. Optional cookies are not used, so rejecting them does not reduce any functionality. You can change your choice any time with cookie settings, or clear it through your browser.

Your rights

You may ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent, by emailing care@avoyaltd.cc. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
